All staff were professional, empathetic, kind and caring who oversaw all the funeral arrangements which is needed when one is in such a distressed state. I was confident that the funeral would be conducted perfectly, which it was, despite the restrictions on the numbers able to attend. The staff kept in constant contact throughout keeping me up to date with the ever-changing rules and regulations. They certainly made a heartbreaking situation bearable.
