I can’t not thank Lucy and the rest of the team at C&T Radmall enough, they were absolutely amazing and looked after us through every step. A big thank you to Lucy especially she was so great and made the process go smoothly as possible. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Julie Hobbs - I cant express how much we recommend C & T Radmalls.Lucy was so helpful in arranging my late fathers funeral. The moment we saw her smiling face we felt reassured that she would help get us through this difficult time. She was so kind, as well as totally professional, we knew that all our wishes would be carried out. David, who carried out the service came to see us and was really interested in the life of my father and also very respectful. He also was very supportive at a difficult time and ensured that the service was honest and reflective just as we wanted it. I cant thank them both enough for how they made this difficult time so much more bearable.

A huge thank you to the team at C&T Radmall, in particular Lucy Covey who truly went above and beyond for us during a really difficult time. Lucy had a wonderful way of providing a professional, efficient and seamless service and never failed to be patient, understanding and empathetic to our needs as a family. What with Covid-19 and government restrictions during lockdown, a difficult day was made even more difficult however we are so thankful to Lucy who went above and beyond in ensuring we got a chance to say our goodbyes despite things not being as the usually would. As a family we all felt very at ease and reassured during the process and with that in mind I would wholeheartedly recommend C&T Radmall to anyone in need of their services.
