From the moment I first picked up the phone to make initial inquiries and tried to say the words 'my Mum has died' I was supported with such kindness and compassion, in-fact the whole family were all very well cared for by Mary, Kerri and the team at C&T Forest Hill.They supported us throughout one of the most difficult times in life, gently helping us through the process, facing funeral arrangements etc. On the day of the funeral it was good to see Kerri's familiar face leading the way as the Funeral Director, one of the people we had got to know well and this helped. Mary has been an absolute star all the way through so generous with her time and wisdom - she became part of our family for a while and took such good care of our lovely Mum. She also took Dad under her wing too, we'll never forget her and hope to stay in touch.The care and attention to detail has been wonderful throughout and I cannot recommend C&T Forest Hill highly enough!

Such wonderful support in such difficult circumstances. My brother in law's funeral was in September and Covid meant that many of his family were unable to attend. Julie-Anne was such a help to me when I was organising a rather difficult funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day, Kerri was so lovely. Very respectful, but had the ability to make us all relax. Highly recommend.
