All of the team at the Widnes / Haydock branches were extremely kind and supportive throughout the process, but I would like to give a special mention to Katie who guided us throughout and showed my husband dignity and great care while he was in the funeral home in Haydock . Special thanks too to Alex who guided us throughout and on the day of the funeral also allowed immediate family some time at the end of the service to say our goodbyes privately . I could not recommend Frank Dooley and son more highly. Thank you .

Gill and Alex were excellent during such a difficult and complex time. I shopped around for all funeral directors as I wanted to ensure we had the best send off and that the deceased was cared for without us having to worry too much. This was by far the most personable, organised and helpful funeral directors I have experienced. Thank you again ladies.

No room for improvement all the team were absolutely amazing. From start to end so much compassionate care and consideration. Made a hard time a little easier we could thank Alex, Debbie and the team enough. Thank you it is very much appreciated. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
