Although the sadness of losing my brother was almost unbearable, I have to commend Heritage & Sons, especially Allison Bransby, for their exceptional service, support and genuine compassion. I live in America and was unable to travel to England due to all the Covid 19 restrictions. Allison went above and beyond helping me in so many additional ways that I will never be able to thank her enough. She was never too busy to talk and guide me through the procedure knowing that I was so dependent on her help due to the vast distance between us. She arranged absolutely everything and chose an incredible Celebrant (Dave Foster) to perform the service which was live streamed to me and my daughters via the internet. The service was so beautiful, gracious and flawless. I cannot emphasize how wonderful they were during this sad, devastating time. No one ever wants to pick up the phone to call a funeral service, but if and when you need to, you should consider Heritage and Sons. They were phenomenal!

The caring and professional service I and my family received from Heritage & Sons throughout the whole planning process, and on the actual day of the funeral of my late husband, was excellent.
