We recently booked Hollie for our mum's funeral and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She was warm, compassionate and a total professional throughout the whole process. Outstandingly professional. Hollie was amazing. Her advice, care, knowledge and overall compassion was perfect. There was nothing she didn’t know the answer to, nothing she couldn’t arrange; just fabulous. My Father in Law couldn’t have been in better hands. You can’t put a price on things at this time, but what you do want is someone who just says “yes, I’m here for you”. That’s Hollie. My wife and Mother in Law chose to go and say goodbye to him at Hollie’s premises and they were so pleased they did. She knew her job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were well informed and understood everything that was going to happen. (Being our 1st family funeral we had no clue where to start). She provided an excellent service and put my Gramps mind at ease throughout. Nan was treated with the upmost dignity and respect.
