Losing a loved one is such a painful experience and organising their funeral can feel overwhelming. I am so glad that we chose Medway Funeral Directors to assist us with the process. From the outset, everything was handled delicately and compassionately. Emma and the team were absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond for us. She held our hand every step of the way and when things felt too much, she was there to help and guide us. The communication was amazing and nothing ever felt too much trouble. We were able to visit our loved one in the Chapel and despite this being a tough experience, Emma made it seamless and allowed us the space and time we needed. The team were extremely empathic, personable but also very professional. I will forever be thankful for their guidance and support during such a delicate time. I couldn't recommend them enough. Emma is a rare type of person, this is our 3rd funeral with Emma & we wouldn’t choose anyone else. She is full of compassion, empathy and professionalism. For some this is just a job, but for Emma, this is a vocation, she was born to do this job. I couldn’t think of anyone else who could do arrange the funeral and walk our loved ones. The business is highly recommended and rightly so, everything runs smooth and they are always there to help and make the process as easy as it can be.

Emma and her team were so helpful and really caring during a very difficult time. They got to know my father in laws personality through talking to us and really used this personal touch to help us to feel comfortable in leaving him in their care. We genuinely couldn't fault any aspect of their care and they went above and beyond for us every step of the way. It felt like we were part of their family which made entrusting them with our loved one easier. Emma called us the morning of the funeral to check we were all ok. If i could award more stars I would. Outstanding and compassionate service from start to finish. Emma and her team made an incredibly difficult time much more bearable. Seamless communication throughout, each detail was handled with the utmost dignity and care. Emma and her team listened to exactly what we wanted and executed it perfectly. Genuine warmth and professionalism. Our loved one was treated with care and respect throughout. Service was perfect from start to finish. We wanted a celebration of life rather than a sombre event, and you definitely went above and beyond to make it happen! Thank you for giving my dad the perfect send-off and all the support you gave us as a family during this difficult time.
