At what was a difficult time, I cannot thank Michael and his staff enough for taking my husband into their care. From the first moment I made contact, their compassion, professionalism and attention to detail brought great comfort to me. Michael went above and beyond to make sure that what I wanted was exactly what I got, even down to him suggesting that we could walk through Brownhills High Street in front of the horse and carriage. The dignity and respect that was put into making my husband look so peaceful when I visited him in their chapel of rest was second to none I could not have asked for a better service. They are definitely a family that care for your family.

What usually happens after arranging a funeral

Most families arrange the funeral first. Dealing with the estate often comes next — something many people don't realise at the time.

There's nothing you need to do right now. A quick check can help you understand what to expect later.

Often comes up when:

  • Banks ask for paperwork
  • Property is involved
  • Uncertainty about a will
