We are so grateful for the care, kindness, and professionalism shown in making my dad’s funeral both easy and deeply respectful. Everything was handled with compassion and dignity, which took a great weight off our shoulders at a very difficult time. Their support allowed us to focus on remembering and honouring my dad, and we truly appreciate all they did for our family

After losing my mum, I knew rosedales were the funeral home that I wanted to look after her. As both myself and my sister have had training done with this rosedales, we know how much respect and dignity they given our loved ones, when no families are around. Rhys welcomed us in and instantly made us feel comfortable and at ease. And always made sure to ask the right questions, offered the different packages, recommendations on other parts of a funeral. When it came to the day, they looked so smart, and bowed their heads for mum... I will never forget the respect they gave her. And I will be forever praising all your hard work. You all made the hardest day of my life a little more bearable. Thankyou so much!!

Thank you to all of the team at Rosedale for their kindness, care, attention to detail and overall, just being wonderful at meeting every one of our needs. Needing the services of a funeral home is never an easy situation but right from the start the whole team were so reassuring, kind and caring. I couldn’t recommend Rosedale enough, our family felt reassured our Mum was always being looked after and cared for respectfully. Again, thank you to the whole team at Rosedale.

I have always found the staff at Rosedale Funeral Home to be kind, friendly and compassionate. I am so grateful to Mark at Attleborough for saving the day for me yesterday. I had problems at the Post Office trying to send a small amount of ashes to Langham Glass (for a memorial paperweight). Unfortunately they said they couldn't accept ashes, even though they were in the appropriate padded envelope provided by Langham. I was very upset as I wasn't expecting this problem. Mark was so kind, immediately taking control of the situation going out of his way to resolve the issue at the Post Office. (They were wrong as less than 50g is allowed). I don't know what I would have done without his help.

Thank you to all the team at Rosedale for the wonderful kindness and support they offered during this difficult time. They always put my dad's wishes and our needs at the centre so that his funeral was perfect. We had some tight time constraints and I was amazed at how they managed to have everything in place so quickly. It just took the pressure off us. Thank you from all the family.
