When a death has occurred outside of usual office hours we offer a 24 hour service, and we are always at the end of the phone. We recognise that entrusting your loved one into the care of strangers is a huge thing to have to do. We assure you that we will care for them as though they were one of our own and we will guide you through the difficult days and weeks ahead.

I could not rate Rosedale highly enough. Incredibly warm, professional and dignified throughout the whole process. Of course it’s a tough situation to be in to need their services, but from Michelle’s warmth and comfort, Ben’s immaculate turnout (when he came to collect my Dad), Simon’s wonderful work preparing and presenting my Dad, Andrew’s smooth and considerate driving and Keith’s attention to detail to ensure the service goes as hoped. I’m sorry not to mention everyone but the team are absolutely outstanding and we are forever grateful we found them. Thank you so very much Rosedale - your service to my Dad and for my Mum and I, was exceptional. 🙏🙏❤️
