"They have been so kind, supportive, respectful and understanding in our time of grief, really couldn't have asked for better."
— Hayley (about Jackie)
"Instead of directing me to a website or giving prices to me over the phone, she offered to send me an email confirming everything we'd talked about. Jackie, Tony and the team subsequently made the entire process until we buried our father, smooth and without issue. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional but also very sensitive and empathetic."

The reason why I chose to go with Rowland Brothers is because Jackie, our point of contact at RB New Addington had the personal touch. Instead of directing me to a website or giving prices to me over the phone, she offered to send me an email confirming everything we'd talked about. Jackie, Tony and the team subsequently made the entire process until we buried our father, smooth and without issue. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional but also very sensitive and empathetic. Thank you so much.
