Hayley and Donna helped us through this very difficult time with their exceptional service. They were professional, compassionate and very sweet. They made sure the funeral was perfect and although it was for a tiny baby they treated her with so much respect and care. They catered to all of our requests and went above and beyond to make it as easy and beautiful as it possibly could be. I am so thankful for everything they done for us and I’m sure anyone who chooses Shire’s funerals will be glad they did.

It is always sad when you lose a loved one and the journey to the undertakers is very sad as well. I can honestly say that Shires made myself and my wife very comfortable. They listened to what we wanted and advised accordingly. The order of service was second to non and the day went very smoothly. Thankyou Shires for making my mothers funeral so special.

Hayley and Sally were so helpful at a very difficult time. They guided us through everything with efficiency and thoughtfulness. We never felt rushed and fully appreciated their professionalism and all they did for us, plus the fact you could always get through to one of their team. So thank you very much Shires

Catherine and Roz at Shires in Sandy recently helped me organise the funeral of my late uncle and they were AMAZING. I've dealt with a number of funeral directors in my professional career - I was a solicitor specialising in Wills and Probate - and if only they were all as compassionate and caring as these two lovely ladies. The admin side of it was meticulous and they just made what was a very difficult time so much easier. Very grateful to them both and to all the team at Shires. Happy to recommend them to anyone either organising a funeral or making their own funeral plans.
