I dealt with Charlotte from start to finish and she was super helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Nobody wants the funeral arrangements to add more stress to the situation, and Charlotte made sure that everything went very smoothly. She took her time explaining everything to me, giving me all the options and answering any additional questions promptly either on the phone or via email.
