I can not thank Lucy enough for helping me put my mum to rest. Most painful experience of my life and it didn't seem you were doing a job. I felt like you genuinely cared and made the whole experience genuinely special, easy and less stressful. That is rare. You made it a happy experience not just for me but my two young children who have the most lovely memories of decorating her coffin, eating biscuits and attaching their lovely drawings to the rose garland. Even on the day the gentleman who brought her were smiling which I loved and made such a difference instead of being miserable. The chapel was beautiful with stained glass and it was bright. Everything was perfect!! It could not have been any better. At the end of the service everyone lined up and placed a yellow rose on mum's coffin before leaving which was beautiful and so respectful. 30 minutes was perfect and I'm so glad we didn't close the curtains because that would have killed me. Thank you Lucy!
