"WG Potters were so very kind and caring, getting Mum to the church in snow and ice. Potters are professional and respectful at a time of sadness."
— Lucy Derry
"Nothing was too much trouble. Even down to the order of service which I wanted in a specific format."

"Julian guided us through everything we needed to know. He was kindness itself, and so professional. Thank you for making everything so easy and helping us with our choices. We cannot praise you high enough."
— Lynda Anderson (about Julian)
"I could not recommend Potter's highly enough from collecting Elana from Derriford in Plymouth, to allowing us to view her numerous times before the funeral took place and with the care and attention that was given right up to and following the funeral."
— Chris Thorne (about Karen)
"The care, professionalism and attention to detail given by Julian, Jason and the wider team at Potters meant that my sister's life was celebrated with the dignity, respect and love she very much deserved."
— Matt (about Julian)
"George especially, Mat would have approved of his send off, he would of loved seeing you walk from the house, in the front and then bowing. Really special touch and then driving through Lyme and passed the Marine Theatre where he worked."
— Diana Ash (about George)

Such an amazing family run business. I had the pleasure, at the worst time of my life, to meet Julian and then George. He looked after my husband until it was time for the cremation and anything u could possibly need for a funeral this company provided. So thankful for making this difficult time less traumatic. Thank you to George especially, Mat would have approved of his send off, he would of loved seeing you walk from the house, in the front and then bowing. Really special touch and then driving through Lyme and passed the Marine Theatre where he worked. All the best Diana Ash-Hayes

Absolutely fantastic service from Karen and her team at Potters Axminster. Elana’s funeral went without a hitch. I could not recommend Potter’s highly enough from collecting Elana from Derriford in Plymouth, to allowing us to view her numerous times before the funeral took place and with the care and attention that was given right up to and following the funeral. I have asked that Potters be used again when it comes to my funeral and to my wife’s funeral. In my view I could not fault the service provided at all. Chris, and Christine.

Our extended family have used Potters twice in the last 6 months or so. One on the other side of the family and due to the unexpected passing of my little sister, they were the first choice in who we wanted to take care of her. This time I was involved directly with Potters to make all arrangements but nothing was too much trouble. Even down to the order of service which I wanted in a specific format. Whilst it was a sad day for everyone who attended, the care, professionalism and attention to detail given by Julian, Jason and the wider team at Potters meant that my sister's life was celebrated with the dignity, respect and love she very much deserved.

My Mum was buried recently at Monkton Wylde. WG Potters were so very kind and caring , getting Mum to the church in snow and ice. Potters are professional and respectful at a time of sadness. Thank you very very much.
