Sadly we lost our twins in April. Walking into a funeral home was the most daunting experience as a couple that have never had to deal with someone passing away before. From the moment we walked in Mel took us under her wing and took everything onboard for us. We barely had to do a thing except some paperwork. Mel made the whole experience so easy that it allowed us to be able to focus on comforting each other at that time. Really wonderful service
