Graham Hall and his team managed the funeral of my late mother 12 years ago and my late father's this year. Both funerals were handled with dignity and competance. Graham brings the perfect balance of friendliness and support without being intrusive. Each person is treated as an individual and the bereaved family are treated with compassion and understanding throughout the planning and proceedings. I said it 12 years ago and I will say it again: I am sad that Graham's team won't be handling my funeral when the time comes (because I live near the south coast) as I don't believe any other funeral directors could do a better job.
