The Herne Bay branch offers a comprehensive range of funeral services, including bespoke funeral arrangements, direct cremation, and pre-paid funeral plans. Their philosophy centres on treating every funeral as the most important they have ever conducted, reflecting deep respect for each individual and their family. They maintain a private mortuary and private ambulance service to ensure dignified care from the moment of passing.
In addition to traditional funeral arrangements, A Welch and Sons provides a wide selection of coffins and caskets — including traditional, bamboo, willow, coloured, and printed options — and offers in-house bereavement counselling through Angie Welch. Funeral arrangements can be made at the Herne Bay office or, at no extra charge, in the comfort of the family's own home.
