"Michelle's kind, compassionate and excellent service made everything go off without a hitch. She was there for every phonecall I made or email sent almost immediately β something we will be truly grateful for."
— Alison Wilmot (about Michelle)
"Emma was excellent in the way she dealt with us, treating us as people not just as clients. She helped us with the design of the order of service and looked into arrangements for the future burial of my aunt in another part of the country. In what are difficult circumstances, the whole process went particularly well."
— Christopher Mckenna (about Emma)
"Even when I couldn't talk through crying they were always patient. The staff on the day were great, attentive, did everything we asked and went above and beyond to make a difficult day, easy."
— Linda Rawlings (about Charlotte)
"Rita made the effort to help all of us to relax on the worst day of our lives. We didn't feel alone. Some of the burden felt as if it was taken away from us. Zoe and her mum are an excellent team."
— Samantha Stewart (about Zoe)
"I would feel privileged to call Clare and Tram my friends, following our association with them. Clare kept us informed of what was happening throughout our time with dealing with them, and showed compassion, empathy and professionalism at all times. I would recommend Yeatman's 1000%."
— mary bagwell-purefoy (about Clare)
"My whole family fell in love with Claire as she reached out to all of us putting her arm around us when needed, caring when we cried even made us laugh on some occasions which really lifted our spirits. I cannot thank Claire Nash enough for the kindness she showed us all from start to finish. A truly amazing Woman I can never thank enough she is an asset to Yeatman."

My experience with A Yeatman in Norwood was fantastic, caring and emphatic Claire Nash is the most amazing person anyone would love to have supervise their love ones funeral. My mother passed and from day one of stepping into Yeatman Claire took care of us. She was professional, caring, understanding and honest. My whole family fell in love with Claire as she reached out to all of us putting her arm around us when needed, caring when we cried even made us laugh on some occasions which really lifted our spirits. I cannot thank Claire Nash enough for the kindness she showed us all from start to finish. A truly amazing Woman I can never thank enough she is an asset to Yeatman.

Myself and my family have recently had a great experience with Yeatman's in West Norwood. Unfortunately my children's father passed away whilst out in Portugal. After he was repatriated from Portugal, we had decided to go with the Co-op, what a mistake. Apart from them not being ready to take him on the day he arrived, he had to be driven to Nottinghamshire, for the night and then driven back the following morning. We cancelled the contract with the Co-op on 24/03/2026, (65 days ago),and are yet to receive our deposit back, which is in the thousands. I wouldn't wish that kind of emotional pain on anybody. You might think that you are saving a bit of money by going with them but you are just a number and money to them. They really do not care. We moved our loved one to Yeatman's, and what a difference. From the time that we had our initial meeting with Tram, one of the funeral arrangers, we knew we were with the right people. The team that dealt with myself and my family were Tram and Clare, and they couldn't have done more for us. Ours was a particularly complex case as our loved one had come from Portugal, it looked like he may have had to go through the Coroner's, but luckily in the nick of time the paperwork was sorted, which had to be translated from Portuguese, and we were able to have the service that we wanted, on the day that we had requested. Clare kept us informed of what was happening throughout our time with dealing with them, and showed compassion, empathy and professionalism at all times. I would recommend Yeatman's 1000%, if you are in the unfortunate position of losing a loved one. You can be confident that they will be cared for with dignity and respect. I would feel privileged to call Clare and Tram my friends, following our association with them.

We have been using yeatmans for over 35 years on a few sad occasions & We would like to express our thanks and appreciation to everyone at Yeatmans for looking after us and our late mother in the last few weeks, Especially Claire for her hard work and helping us getting things done in a short space of time. Also Sherran as the funeral director was amazing and on point. This has been a very sad and difficult time for us as a family, and having the support of the team at Yeatmans made it a bit easier ππΏ
