AJ and Ben were there from the collection of mum from the house to the burial. The consistency was comforting. Jess and Diane were both lovely, welcoming and reassuring throughout the process. We felt listened to and an amazing job was done making Mum's coffin beautiful.

Enquired about purchasing a direct cremation plan.The staff at the ross on wye branch were brilliant .informative,helpfull all questions answered with empathy and professionalism. I did purchase this plan and the whole thing was made comfortable and painless thanks to this office can't recommend them enough . Oh special thanx to jess great customer service.
