Having never dealt with arranging a funeral my family and I were feeling overwhelmed and daunted to say the least. Will came to our home and explained everything step by step. He was polite, respectful and put us at ease immediately. He lifted a mountain of worry from our shoulders and when he left everything was completely organised. We also met with Ewan the celebrant who just has an aura of calmness surrounding him. His awareness and sensitivity is beyond anything we expected and we couldn't of done dad justice without him. Janet, William and the whole team at Alexander Burn were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and their advice was most welcome and sensible. From the moment Mum passed way they have been very kind, professional and respectful.
