When Mam wanted to put together a funeral plan she was certain she wanted Andrew Grey Funeral Directors to handle it because she'd already seen how immaculately and kind they were in their handling of other funerals within her church community. From the putting together of the plan with Mam and Ben and I to the sad day itself I felt the same confidence immediately and that Mam was safe in their hands. I can’t recommend Andrew Grey Funeral Directors enough! The service they provide really is second to none. Rhonda , took care of the whole process of my mother’s funeral this week. From start to finish, the care, compassion & the level of efficiency she provided was top tier. Which made our experience at such a difficult time a lot easier. It mirrors the service they provided for my late father nearly three years ago. I really can’t express how grateful we are for the service, comfort & support they have gave us . Recently lost my beautiful mother who I decided that I wanted Ben and all the staff at Andrew greys to take care of her and give her the funeral she deserved. The staff have been so compassionate and understanding and granted all of our wishes with the upmost respect. Any questions or help I needed was always just a call away.
