The service we received from Andrew grey was second to none. We dealt with Ben at first and he was soo lovely, listened to what we had to say and planned everything perfectly, unfortunately he couldn’t do the service so Andrew did it and he was brilliant, made us all feel at ease and the service was perfect. I would unreservedly recommend Andrew Grey Funeral Directors for their services. During the recent heartbreaking loss of our beloved mam, we were dealt with with the utmost respect and compassion and were guided through an extremely emotional process with endless patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was double checked meaning the day passed exactly as we had planned it. We were kept up to date at all times and nothing was too much trouble. The family would like to extend our gratitude to Andrew, Ben, Gillian and Joanne for making a very painful time that much more bearable. Thanks again from The Eccles family.

From the first call made to Andrew and the team the care and compassion was their. Ben came out and talked everything with us and put our mind ready that's mam would be looked after all the way and the care given.. Ben did an amazing job with my mother in laws funeral. From the first day we met him till the actual day of the funeral. Kept us informed with everything via phone calls to my father in law and emails to myself. He arranged a lovely humanist Chris May for the service who was brilliant. It was a lovely send off . As a family, we have been delighted with the care, compassion and service received by all at Andrew Grey’s after loosing dad. From the very first contact with Gillian who confirmed all the details of what would happen, from them collecting dad to him been taken into their care. When our funeral director Rhonda came to visit us at home she was so calm and professional, put us at our ease and arranged everything that was needed effortlessly with care and compassion, she gave regular updates on arrangements by email and telephone which were very much appreciated. The day itself was flawless, everything went exactly as Rhonda had advised it would, she is definitely the Mary Poppins of funeral directors 😊. Joanne is a huge asset, with great aftercare and making sure the family are all ok. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team with confidence.
