Providing a caring service with compassion, dignity and transparency is something we pride ourselves on, while offering choice and flexibility wherever possible. We will always collect the body of the person who has died as soon as possible and bring them into our care, and will ensure that family and friends are able to visit or spend time with their loved one in a way that feels right for them.

Manon and Louise made a daunting task in one of the hardest times for us as stress free as possible. Losing someone so close to Christmas was very difficult, and we worried that the timings would make it difficult to arrange services with it being the holidays, but they made sure everything was done. They genuinely care for their customers and we couldn't have asked for better. Every detail was thought out by them to match what we needed, before we even knew we needed it. Nothing was too much work for them. Would definitely recommend these if you want a thoughtful, compassionate team behind you.

Manon and Louise are funeral directors like no other, we were lucky to have them on call when my Dad died suddenly, they were kind, sympathetic, chatty and genuine people who really cared and put the deceased and family members first. we couldn't of asked for a better send off for my Dad, they went above and beyond for us with a nice feminine, caring and professional touch which is unusual to see from a funeral director (past experiances). They made loosing a loved one a bit easier with their warm personalities and professionalism, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a modern, feminine and caring touch.

Manon and Louise conducted my great Aunt’s funeral recently and I could not have asked for better, nicer funeral directors or service from them. They made the process as easy as it could be and their sensitive, caring approach made all the difference to my family through a difficult time. The service and their approach to the industry is a welcome change bringing warmth and colour to darker days, we are grateful to them.

Manon and Louise did an amazing job at supporting me through the process of arranging the funeral and allowed me all the time I needed. I've had many comments about how fitting and professional they were. I cannot thank them enough.

Manon and Louise were recommended to us by a fantastic nurse at the Alew ward at ysbty Gwynedd. Losing our mum, wife, sister, gran is the hardest thing we as a family have had to cope with. We could not be more appreciative to Manon and Louise for their wholehearted support and understanding. They had patience, empathy and compassion....we are so grateful for everything, Anne would of loved you as much as we do. All our love from the Struthers family, we will be forever in your debt.xxxxx
