I would like to highly recommend William/ Tash and the team for an amazing job they did for me , arranging my fathers funeral . I had a bespoke coffin with his tractors on it , and lots of special things in the funeral all relavant to my dad . Nothing was any problem at all .....Losing a loved one is very had but the professional care and and attendtion to detail was truely amazing ....i coulld not have coped without them. This family run business has the most amazing customer care , not only to the deceased person but the loved ones dealing with a very difficult time ..... This funeral company dealt with my father’s body from start to finish, they handled him with the utmost care and respect he deserved. When it came to the funeral arrangements we had a lovely sit down and they took every detail I wanted onboard and made it happen right down to the minor details, all the staff were extremely professional and though it’s the hardest time of your life, the Arthur W Bryant funeral team make what seems so difficult to do so easily calming and relaxing. They got my father’s last goodbye absolutely spot on and I had so many people tell me that the funeral was one of the best they’ve ever seen! From our call with Kingsley the day after my father passed, through to the visit from Will at my mums home and then the funeral, we have been treated as though we were family. Will brought my dad back from hospital to a peaceful and calm, loving environment. He dressed him and shaved him and treated him with the respect we could have only have hoped for. From going to visit dad, where we felt we had all time and support we needed, to all the special touches only Bryant’s could give us, Will conducted himself in a way that made us feel like dad was as special to him as he was to us. The team were able to find everything we could have hoped for, from a piper to a celebrant from the same city as my dad, making it feel even more special and personal. On the day of the funeral, the level of respect and reverence give to my dad as he took is final journey, is one that will live in our hearts for the rest of our lives. Will took such time to make sure that we all had the support we needed on the day, whilst still maintaining his professional, but kind and caring nature. We would without doubt recommend A W Bryant to anyone embarking on such a difficult time in their life. Kingsley and William have progressed the family business into its third generation, and their experience is matched by their professionalism. I first encountered their services at the funeral of a friend in North Cornwall a few years ago, and I always knew that they would be my first port of call when the time came for me to send a fond farewell to my parents. The service provided by everyone at Arthur W Bryant Funeral Services was faultless. My father was treated with the upmost respect and dignity and all his wishes were carried out to perfection which was a huge weight off my shoulders.
