Everyone was compassionate, very helpful and considerate in all stages and aspects of the funeral arrangements and in particular on the day of the funerals.

As a family, we were treated with the utmost respect during the course of the funeral arrangements and throughout. Nothing but praise for the team led by Jonathan. Stacey's support has been outstanding. Thank you for pulling out the stops when necessary.

From notifying the passing of our mum, in the early hours, the service received from Lymms was outstanding. All staff were respectful and compassionate. We were guided through this extremely difficult time emphatically. Would highly recommend

Thank you to Jonathon (sp?) and team at A W Lymn. They made the process very easy and took great care with my dad's funeral earlier this year.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care and compassion shown by A W Lymn during my sister’s funeral arrangements. They did not display her framed photo on the day of her funeral and Despite my clear instructions on personal items I wanted included with her which were expensive and important for me to gain some sort of closure they failed to honour my wishes. I trusted them with this, it is beyond belief they could fail to do this but speaking to other people it would seem this isnt actually the first time this has happened at this company. When I raised my upset with them, their attitude was dismissive, claiming that I was not their client, as my estranged mother had made the arrangements. This left me feeling disregarded and with an array of feelings at an already very difficult time. To add insult to injury, the issue was “resolved” with their client with a pitiful £100, which is an insult to the emotional impact their actions have caused for me. Their client was happy to settle at this gaining £100 as it wasnt their things that hadnt been put in, it had no emotional trauma to them. Funerals should be about compassion and respect for the grieving family, and sadly, this was completely lacking in my experience. I wouldn’t recommend A W Lymn if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about the feelings of ALL family members involved and not just their client (or more appropriately the person paying)
