We can only say thank you to Teresa and Santanna at the Ruddungton branch for their kindness, thoughttulness, care, support and advice given to my family during our most sad weeks. Nothing was too much trouble ane every request granted, My mum wished for every arrangement to be same as dad's who pasted away six yeas ago, which with a click of a button Teresa brought up, enabling mum to have exactly the same. Thier professionalism shone though. Very rude Un professional staff I was told to move out the way of a funeral possession taking place near by, which I did out of respect to the family. But the way one of the directors approached me and was very rude, definitely not the way to go about it I just hope and pray that there more professional when dealing with the actual families of the person that has sadly passed
