"Fiona recognised me from 3 years ago when we arranged my dad's funeral, which I thought was lovely, a real nice touch. I wouldn't wish to do this journey with anyone else."
— Susan Bloor (about Fiona Hall)
"Fiona is more like a friend to us and the family, and she can cheer you up when you are feeling a bit down some days. Fiona is a great asset to the company and she will always be our go to lady to look after us all."
— Malcolm Lewis (about Fiona Hall)
"Losing someone so special is very difficult but knowing that you can rely on someone so dedicated is extremely comforting. Fiona, you truly are a credit to your profession and Lymns should be very proud to have you as one of their team."
— Andy Beecham (about Fiona Hall)
"Fiona also collected mums ashes from the crematorium and put some in a beautiful little box so that we could use it for keepsake jewellery, little touches like this made it a special experience. We will always remember her."
— Susan Bloor (about Fiona Hall)
"From just minutes after the passing of our dear mother-in-law, Fiona Hall was there for us. Fiona dealt with much of the painful work on our behalf — practically everything we would've found too traumatic to do ourselves. We felt totally supported whereby we could just focus on ourselves and our needs, as our emotions were embraced by Lymn's, thus affording moments of laughter, contrasted by moments of pure sadness."
— ju marello (about Fiona Hall)
"My mum loved to do crosswords and this was a huge part of her personality, Mark even wore a crossword tie and handkerchief for my mums service which we thought was so personal and special and it touches like this that we will never forget."

When we went to Lyms to finalise details of my mums funeral Fiona recognised me from 3 years ago when we arranged my dad's funeral whish I thought was lovely, a real nice touch. Fiona was so professional every step of the way and made us feel comfortable.amd at ease throughout our experience. Fiona guided us every step of the way and was very informative and knowledgeable. My sister and I went to see my mum in the chapel of rest and Fiona was sensitive to our needs and feelings and explained things to us and guided us every step of the way. Fiona was so friendly.and approachable and I wouldn't wish to do this journey with anyone else. Fiona kept in touch with us every step of the way and was always to hand when I needed to get in touch with her. Fiona also attended my mums funeral and once again, she guided us every step of the way, she made a very difficult.experience much more bearable. Fiona also collected mums ashes from.the crematorium and put some in a beautiful little box so that we could use it for keepsake jewellery, little touches like this made it a special experience.Fiona was super organised from start to finish and we knew from the start that we were in excellent hands. I can't praise or recommend Fiona highly enough, she is a real credit to the company, We will always remember her. I would also like to give Mark.Chapman a mention as he took our mums service Mark made the difficult task so much easier as he was so helpful.and professional and he put us at ease. Mark stayed in touch and called and emailed throughout the whole process so we remained updated and informed. My mum loved to do crosswords and this was a huge part of her personality, Mark even wore a crossword tie and handkerchief for my mums service which we thought was so personal and special and it touches like this that we will never forget. Everyone said afterwards how lovely the service was.

I have never had to arrange a funeral before however Fiona Hall made everything happen the way my Mum wanted it to for her beloved husband of 70 yrs. Can't recommend Fiona highly enough. The Celebrant Mark Chapman made my job of drafting the format of the service & writing my Dad's Eulogy with as much compassion as possible in the circumstances. Thank you Fiona & Mark you helped make the Service what it was...memorable for all who attended.

From just minutes after the passing of our dear mother/-in-law, Director, Fiona Hall from Lymn’s was there for us. She and her team arrived promptly, giving Mum a dignified transportation from her home, to their smart Spondon branch. Their kindness, respect and professionalism made the worst day or our lives turn out to be smooth and reassured. Lymn’s professionalism did not end there; throughout the entire process, Fiona ensured that we were supported, guided and comfortable with our choices and requests. Nothing was too much trouble and our wishes were always at heart of any decisions and duly accommodated. Always at the end of the phone, we were also welcomed to speak in person in the smart Director’s office, given hot drinks to pave our way through selections of of coffins, stunning in-house flowers, how and where we would like her funeral to be conducted and support to ensure our selected music was available too! Any bespoke requests were confidently confirmed as do-able and carried out to perfection on the day. Fiona dealt with much of the painful work on our behalf, whereby she contacted the burial ground, florist, church, orders of service, Telegraph announcements, our selected charities for donations – practically everything we would’ve found too traumatic to do ourselves and all included within the set price that was clearly given upon our first visit. The day itself went like clockwork thanks to Lymn’s organisation and attention to detail; with a fabulous fleet of luxury silver Rolls-Royce we had a beautiful funeral and burial. We felt totally supported whereby we could just focus on ourselves and our needs, as our emotions were embraced by Lymn’s, thus affording moments of laughter, contrasted by moments of pure sadness. Everything that we could’ve wished for was fulfilled with outstanding professionalism and compassion, for which we shall be forever grateful. Commendations go to Fiona for her commitment and dedication to her role. Worth every single penny. Thank you, Fiona, and to your amazing team; you’re very special human beings

The service we received overall from Lymn's and their Spondon officer Fiona Hall in particular was first class. Fiona took us through all the details, offered advice throughout, and dealt with all our enquiries and requests professionally and empathetically. All the arrangements went smoothly and we had no anxieties.

From the start to finish Fiona at the Spondon branch was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and for this I am so very grateful. Losing someone so special is very difficult but knowing that you can rely on someone so dedicated is extremely comforting. Thank you so much for all of your help and compassion in these past few weeks. Fiona, you truly are a credit to your profession and Lymns should be very proud to have you as one of their team.
