My family and I were extremely impressed with the excellent service we received from B Matthews in Woolston. Gill and Lee were very professional, caring & understanding when arranging our beloved Dad’s funeral. They listened sensitively and attentively to our wishes and helped us to provide a service which was very fitting to dad’s long life. Because of family circumstances we had just 10 days to organise everything. Gill and Lee were very mindful of this and everything was swiftly put in place to deliver a good ‘send off’ for our 96 year old dad. We would highly recommend this funeral director.

Gill is wonderful, very professional and thoughtful. I loved the fact that she had researched before we arrived and made reference to my other relatives who B Matthews had looked after in my family. She listened to me and made perfect suggestions. She was in contact throughout and made any of our changes happen straight away with no problems. I was definitely not "with it" during this time and Gill was patient and accommodated me perfectly. Thank you x
