Paul, Laura and the team recently supported us to arrange my mum’s funeral. From the moment we contacted them, they were kind, understanding and utterly professional. Everything was clearly explained, we were helped to make choices for the service and the fees were very clear. I felt that mum was treated with care and respect in the time she was with them. On the day of the funeral, everything ran smoothly and everything was taken care of. They made a difficult time, that bit easier and were always courteous and caring. Whilst I hope not to need a funeral director again anytime soon, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Birkett’s again and highly recommend them.
