Thank you so much to Chambers and Brighty for taking care of the funeral arrangements for our late dear mother. A special thankyou to Andy Cox who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was so very kind, compassionate and showed dignity and respect at all times during a very sad time. Thank you to all the other staff members aswell. After the recent sad loss of my dad we chose Chambers and Brighty after recommendations from friends and we are very glad we did. We had no idea where to start but Tim guided us through everything, helping us with decisions about what we wanted for dad’s funeral always with respect and honesty. We were frequently updated about everything by Tim so we knew exactly where we were with the arrangements. We were always made to feel welcome when we visited dad in the chapel of rest, never hurried and spent as long as we wanted with him whenever we wanted to. Tim was just lovely to us all and taking time to make sure we were all okay. He was very attentive on the day of the funeral,making sure we were all alright and explaining what was going to happen step by step. We even had a call from Tim a couple of weeks after the funeral to check up on us. We all felt that dad was in safe hands, being treated with dignity and respect. All of this made an extremely difficult time a lot easier. I would have no reservations recommending Chambers and Brighty.
