We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Helen for all her kindness, care and support during such a difficult time for our family. As Ukrainians, we have very different funeral traditions, and we were understandably worried about how everything would work in the UK. The team in Salisbury put so much sensitive care into helping us organise everything after Mum passed away, allowing us to feel whatever we felt as we went through the planning process.
