Words can’t fully express how grateful we are to Colin Fischer Funeral Directors for the love, care, and professionalism shown to our family during such a painful time. From the moment our Mum was gently picked up from the care home and taken into their care, we felt a sense of peace knowing she was in good hands. Lillian was absolutely amazing calm, compassionate, and so understanding. She supported us through every detail, guiding us with patience and kindness while helping us manage our emotions every step of the way. You could tell she genuinely cared. During the most challenging time of my life, when my mother passed away recently the funeral directors Lillian and Colin were a true pillar of support. Their compassion, friendliness and professionalism were unmatched, and they took care of every detail with grace and kindness. They made a heartbreaking process so much more bearable, especially for my teenage daughter Abigail explaining everything in great detail to ease her worries. Nothing was too much trouble or inconvenience for them. I will be forever grateful and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need.
