My Godmother died recently and as one of her executors, it fell to me to help organise her funeral. I discovered that she had held a funeral plan and nominated Coopers to carry it out. From my first call to Paula, Coopers provided the perfect service. Everything proceeded smoothly right through the complete process to the funeral itself at the crematorium. I cannot fault their communication to ensure that the wider family were kept in the loop. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a call earlier this morning from Lorna, three days after the ceremony, to enquire how I was shaping up and coping. In short, I cannot recommend Coopers high enough. You are able to put your absolute trust in their professionalism, care and efficiency.

From the moment we met Paula & Kate we knew we were in good hands right through to the care from Lorna & her team on the day and afterwards we dont think we could have found a better undertakers to support us through the hardest thing in life cremating a husband and father to early in life.
