We used Cowburn’s for my husband Tom’s funeral on Thursday 21st May. Genice, Ian and everyone at Cowburn’s were really helpful, in fact they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Nothing was either too small or too large a problem, they organised the crematorium, celebrant, flowers, orders of service, memory cards, everything. They guided us through any issues we ran into, even when there was a problem registering Tom’s death they helped me. I would like to thank Genice, Ian and all the staff for making an extremely stressful and upsetting time more bearable by doing what they do and doing it well, with compassion, and respect for Tom and for myself and my son. I would not hesitate to recommend them, because when you are at one of the lowest parts of your life, you need someone to help lift and support you, and you will definitely find that at Cowburn’s.
