Crake and Mallon Funeral Service is an independent family company based at 45 Norton Road, Stockton on Tees, that has been serving the Teesside community since 1971. With over 50 years of experience, the team brings more than 350 years of collective expertise in supporting bereaved families, helping to arrange funerals that are meaningful, personal, and a true tribute to loved ones. They are committed to transparency in pricing, flexible payment options, and ensuring all arrangements are tailored to the wishes and budget of each family they care for.
The team prides itself on a uniquely personal service, including complimentary Order of Service booklets and a published funeral notice in the Evening Gazette for all attended funerals. They cover their telephones 24 hours a day, every day of the year, with calls always answered by a member of the Crake and Mallon team rather than a third-party call centre.
In addition to funeral arrangements, they offer pre-paid funeral plans, a full monumental service covering new headstones, additional inscriptions, and renovation work, as well as a range of memorial jewellery and keepsakes. As members of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), their premises are regularly inspected and they are committed to upholding The Funeral Director Code.
