Professional, caring and efficient. David was all of these things and more. From the initial contact to talk about the future arrangements through to Mums passing I had complete faith I had made the right choice. David was very caring and helpful and guided me through from the initial contact, taking mum from the care home when she passed to the funeral parlour. In the chapel of rest mum was beautifully laid out and looked amazing. After the cremation I received mum's ashes within a week in a lovely casket.
