I’m truly speechless at how amazing the team handled everything. It’s not just a business—it’s personal for them. Jackie and Martyn are remarkable people. Jackie is very loving and caring, like she’s part of your family. Martyn shares the emotion with you while maintaining professionalism. They are both incredibly supportive and helpful, and they guide you through the process with love and care. I’m not usually one for reviews, but I honestly couldn’t hold myself back with this one. They promised to look after my dad, and they did. They handled the situation like real heroes. There aren’t enough thank-yous I could say to them. They will always be remembered. Jackie even sent me a cute handmade hat and a woolly jumper for my expected baby girl. Thank you, Jackie, Martyn, and the entire team—including those I never met. No pressure, just amazing service. We recently held a funeral service for our late Mum, and the team was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of staff was attentive, sensitive, and had exactly the right approach to guide us through a very emotional time. They listened closely, accommodated all our requests, and were incredibly efficient throughout. The chapel was lovely, and we were able to create a personal space that felt perfect for our Mum. Everything ran smoothly on the day, and we truly couldn’t fault a single thing. We highly recommend their services in Boscombe and want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the entire team for their kindness and support to our family.

My mum passed away unexpectedly, family members had used Deric Scott previously and recommended them to me. Jackie was incredible, warm, caring and considerate whilst professionally organising everything smoothly and efficiently.The celebrant suggested by them Anna was also excellent. The building has a warm homely feel unlike the office feel of some high street options. They were always in contact and available throughout the process which provided the support and comfort that is so important at such a difficult time. They were amazing!
