Everyone was exceptional in their professionalism, respectfulness and service. Rob handled the pre-funeral arrangements impeccably and Jose and his team were superb on the day. Thank you all very much.

Alison has been fantastic throughout the whole process something I had never done before. She helped me go through it thoroughly and efficiently while remaining empathetic to my situation

Our family chose sergeants when our mum recently passed away . From the very first point of contact to the funeral itself all the staff were on hand to talk through any concerns we had , to advise us and guide s all the way , I don’t think we could’ve got through it all without their help , they are so professional in everything they did for our family at one of the saddest times for us all ,we couldn’t fault them , we would recommend them to anyone who has the daunting task of arranging the funeral of a loved one , Thankyou so much on making a difficult time for us all a lot more bearable.

Sarah was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond booking all the extra funeral requirements. She took control of my requests and helped me give my Mum an amazing send off.I would also like to mention Emma. She led the funeral service and was beyond all my expectations. I feel emotional every time I think about how much they both did for my family. They are absolutely amazing!
