I dealt primarily with Vicki and Emma (the Funeral Director). Vicki was extremely helpful and kind in making all the arrangements and ensuring everything was planned as we wanted, with great attention to detail. On the day Emma and the team were wonderful - Emma made sure everything went very smoothly, was professional but also very supportive and compassionate at such an emotional time. Really top quality team and could not have asked for more or better.

Sargeants Windsor have just provided a wonderful service for our Mother. They were understanding and listened to our wishes to provide a tailored service. They recommend the brilliant GreenAcres Chiltern Park to hold the service and the fantastic Celebrant Catherine Beer. We couldn’t have had a better farewell. Their help has been invaluable at a time when we were so sad.

The girls at the office, Vicky and the other lady were amazing. Vicky was a huge help and support. I had met Vicky prior to my nan passing and made a plan. When my nan died some years later Vicky and our family went through the plan adding more things. The team were absolutely lovely. When my nan passed we was allowed to keep her home that night and they came then next day allowing us to have that time with her. We also wanted nan home the night of the funeral and Tony came to measure so Nan could be brought home - he was lovely. The whole team was so caring and Nan came home like a queen. The whole team were lovely. Tony also was amazing and a huge support on the day. Our nan had a send of she would have been proud of. Thank you E sergeant and son
