East of England did our Dad's funeral and were really good on the day. The day went without any issues or problems, the staff very professional and friendly also. Timings were spot on! Before the day they addressed any concerns we had. The celebrant they supplied was amazing, Matthew Gooch, highly reccomend, lovely man.

From start to finish we could not fault the service we recieved from the East of England Coop Westwood Avenue. Nothing was too much trouble and My Mother In Laws wishes were carried out exactly as she wanted. Juliet was compassionate and professional in her approach and we knew we were in safe hands.

The care and support in arranging my Mums funeral was first class, everything was as we wanted it plus very useful advice and guidance , the Celebrant and undertakers were also first class, kind and helpful at a very difficult time.

I recently arranged a funeral for my aunt. Like I should imagine most people I didn't know where to start. I got in touch with east coast funerals and it was like a weight had been lifted. Pamela and Gary were very gentle, kind and caring. They answered all my questions and were very professional at all times, the service was lovely and all pressure was taken from me by Pamela, thank you so much east coast funerals.
