Excellent service throughout the process of organising my husband's funeral. I was treated with respect and the utmost courtesy at this very sad time for my daughters and myself. I was given guidance on protocol and left at appropriate times to discuss with my daughters what we wanted and was never put under pressure. I cannot rate the team high enough from the day of organising the funeral to the actual service on the day of the funeral and I would thoroughly recommend this funeral directors to anyone in the future. I cannot recommend Thetford East of England Co-op Funeral Services highly enough. I had popped in to enquire about another matter and spoke to Sue who was very helpful and understanding. But, as it turned out I needed their services sooner than expected on an unrelated matter and Lisa helped me through the process. She was understanding, sensitive and professional throughout. She was so kind, caring and genuinely concerned throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to make a difficult time easier to cope with and less stressful. I really cannot thank her enough. She really is one of life's genuinely caring and thoughtful people. Thank you Lisa.
