We Used Edd Frost And Daughters, from Banbury The company was extremely professional and helpful giving us lots of choice , explaining each different stage of this process and answering each query as they popped up. They were Extremely professional from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. They Organised and helped us choose everything from the type of coffin, Flowers, Church, Music, Transport, Grave, Bellringers, Organist, Even sharing popular songs and poems for the order of Service. There is so much to do when Organising a funeral , But they Guided us through at every stage Making the whole Process so much easier. Even on the day they helped the family logistics run very smoothly advising everybody of the next steps. I thoroughly recommend this family owned company They were outstanding in the quality of their vehicles their appearance their advice their presence. I couldn’t fault them in anyway, .. I couldn’t be happier with the care and understanding my family received while having my Mum’s funeral service organized and run by Edd Frost and daughters! Everything I asked for happened with no difficulties! Being a performer myself I wanted it all to run like a well rehearsed performance..and it did!.. and even when things slightly changed just before the service … Edd and his team re-adjusted things with no stress or annoyance! I couldn’t have been happier with the beautiful service! I know my Mum would have loved it… and it was so well attended with people sitting along the sides of the room and outside in the foyer and courtyard.. everyone could hear and see what they needed to! Thank you so much Edd… we all gave Mum a fabulous send off! I’m so very grateful!

I'm struggling to put into words how wonderful this team are. The level of care for our family has been excellent. So too have the attention to detail and the level of service we received. My family were privileged with exceptional support and service by Edd Frost and Daughters, particularly our dedicated funeral director: Tracey Brown. Every detail of the funeral was anticipated and checked; every contingency planned; dynamic adaptations demonstrated initiative and attentiveness, especially because the funeral swelled to circa 300 attendees for a church that seated 120. Tracey managed every minute detail during planning, then executed the funeral with precision, authority, compassion, humour and decisiveness - a highly demanding mixture of skills. Edd Frost’s team and services were outstanding from initial transition at the hospice (within hours), through consultation, taxonomy, chapel of rest, management and services. A company that represents outstanding value for money, I would consider no other funeral directors.
