"They took the time to get to know us as a family and curated the ceremony with that at the core. They helped us deliver a funeral service that we were able to feel proud of."
— robert ninot
"The team especially ANNA has been so caring and thoughtful through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for them to help us with. We were able to give our beloved Alan Day the send off he deserved."
— Sue Day (about Anna)
"They truly made the experience all about John, honouring his memory in a way that felt right. We ended up dancing in the crematorium aisles at the close of the ceremony - something John would have absolutely loved."
— Sheila Fahy (about Oliver)
"Being able to visit my mum in the calming Crouch End office was a big part of the grieving process for me. Having the team's support and guidance made a huge difference to us during this difficult time, and I had no idea how important this would be before going through it myself."
— Beth Clinton
"Anna, Oliver, Sam and Barry expertly guided us through every stage of the process, step-by-step in a gentle and supportive way. Outside of the admin they provided emotional support and empathy, with a genuine interest in getting to know my mum and understanding what we were going through."
— Beth Clinton (about Anna)
"From our first meeting we knew we were in safe hands, we felt reassured and listened to and they were always one step ahead with what we needed to tackle and when. We feel much more at peace and greatly comforted having given our father the burial and memorial we wanted for him; beautiful, uplifting and elegantly executed."

I recently had the experience of arranging a funeral for my brother, John, and I can honestly say it was nothing like I imagined. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Oliver and Anna, who handled everything with care and humanity. They truly made the experience all about John, honouring his memory in a way that felt right. What impressed me most was their flexibility and willingness to let us create a ceremony that reflected John’s personality. You can do anything you want, they told us. That made me smile because my family can be - shall we say - unconventional at the best of times. We ended up dancing in the crematorium aisles at the close of the ceremony - something John would have absolutely loved. From our first meeting in Crouch End to the day of the funeral, nothing was too much trouble for the. They offered wonderful ideas, like giving Spring bulbs to the attendees to play, ensuring John’s memory would flourish each year in a burst of colour. Sam was particularly helpful with the Order of Service. I changed my mind so may times, yet he remained patient and supportive throughout the process. It might sound strange but I genuinely loved this place and appreciated how they made such a difficult time bearable and at times funny. In fact I am already considering planning my own funeral with the - they do the most funky ‘day of the dead’ coffin - although hopefully my funeral won’t be any day soon.

We couldn't have asked for a better fit. Their sensitivity and attention to detail was so appreciated and Anna's help in transferring venues at the last minute was completely invaluable. From our first meeting we knew we were in safe hands, we felt reassured and listened to and they were always one step ahead with what we needed to tackle and when. We feel much more at peace and greatly comforted having given our father the burial and memorial we wanted for him; beautiful, uplifting and elegantly executed. Highly recommend!

We were so pleased to use Exit Here when my lovely mum recently died. Prior to our recent experience we had no idea of what’s required when a loved one dies, both in terms of the administrative and the emotional toil. Anna, Oliver, Sam and Barry expertly guided us through every stage of the process, step-by-step in a gentle and supportive way. Outside of the admin they provided emotional support and empathy, with a genuine interest in getting to know my mum and understanding what we were going through. Being able to visit my mum in the calming Crouch End office was a big part of the grieving process for me. Having the team’s support and guidance made a huge difference to us during this difficult time, and I had no idea how important this would be before going through it myself. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them.

The assitance and support we received from Exit Here was fantastic. They helped us deliver a funeral service that we were able to feel proud of. They took the time to get to know us as a family and curated the ceremony with that at the core. Thank you to all of the team.
