Our family were more than happy with the service Dooleys provided in arranging our Mums Funeral from start to finish. The care and compassion shown to us was faultless. Gill, Alex and all the staff were always in touch throughout it all, and the all of the staff are a credit to the company. Dooleys arranged my Dads funeral many years ago which is why I came back to them again.

From start to finish, Alex from the Widnes branch was superb. He maintained professional respect whilst not being overly solemn when discussing our arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble and he strove to accommodate every request including the more unusual one of attaching my mum’s dancing shoes to the top of her coffin. He organised everything and the people Dooley’s are affiliated with like the Celebrant and Order of Service company were faultless. Even the flowers arranged on mum’s grave after internment were placed perfectly with the pillow of posies at the head - small details that really show respect and care.We did enquire about other funeral directors but they requested a deposit of £2000 up front and wanted us to find out my Dad’s grave number ourselves (Mum was being buried with him). This was not the case with Dooley’s.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and would 100% arrange any future funerals through them.Thank you so much, Alex and Dooley’s.Barbara, Widnes
