My sister and I knew from the first conversation with Lee, that we wanted him to look after our Mum's funeral. He was a great support, guiding us through a difficult and emotional time, with warmth and empathy. Everything ran smoothly on the day and Lee read our Mum's eulogy on our behalf beautifully.
