I have nothing but fantastic things to say. What a huge huge thank you to everyone at Gillotts for being so kind, attentive and friendly. What a fabulous team of people, particularly Kirsty who went above and beyond and was so lovely and comforting during a terrible time. The attention to detail was incredible and everything was as we wanted, with so many options and choices that were solely down to us. The communication was excellent, and my Nana was treated with the upmost dignity, whilst we received honesty, transparency and compassion.

Zowie in the office was incredibly professional, with a warm and welcoming attitude that never failed to bring a smile to my face, even during such a challenging period. Joanne, one of the family owners, was so accommodating, and the service itself was filled with joyful moments as we shared fond memories through heartfelt testimonies and visual tributes.
