Nick, Rob and Hannah are absolutely fantastic, they have dealt with sorting a prepaid funeral plan (very easy!) moving a family member, funerals, cremation burial. Getting headstones moved and letters added. All with kindness and professionalism! Nothing is too much trouble for them and they welcome you in with open arms. Even down to helping you reverse out into the road! A horrible time was made much easier because of them. Thank you all! We cannot thank the staff enough. Having lost our Dad very suddenly, we were at a complete loss with regard to what we had to do next. Liz was the first person we spoke to and she gave so much information and was so approachable and empathetic. met with Hannah and from the moment you walk in you are at ease. Hannah and Nick listened very carefully to what you want and then they put it into real life and being able to send my loved one on her way in exactly they was she loved her life was the most magical moment.
