From start to finish, Rob, Liz and the team at Goodwins were superb. We were dealt with in the utmost respect and professionalism. I cannot commend them enough. We were able to make our fathers funeral extremely personal and meaningful. Rob & Liz were very accommodating and sensitive to our requirements, making helpful suggestions and recommendations along the way. From the moment we made the call and spoke to Nick our experience was fantastic. We called into the office and spoke to Rob to start making preparations for the funeral of my mum. Rob made everything so easy, we couldn’t believe how easy it all went. We had arranged for mum to go to the Heathville road site where we met Liz on 2 occasions and again a fantastic experience. The whole thing from the initial planning stage to the burial could not have gone any easier thanks to the whole team. We cannot thank them enough they were all fantastic and made what could have been a very hard day a lot easier to deal with. Thankyou guys.
