My first experience with Graham was a very upsetting experience! When my partner died, I asked them to shave him because he was always clean shaven but they didn’t! They said that because he was left too long, his skin was too thin and fragile to shave him. I was horrified when I saw him in the chapel of rest ! He looked a mess! So when my dad passed away in October and my family chose Graham Ward , I had serious doubts and issues . A few days before we went to see dad in the chapel of rest , I spoke to the funeral director about my concerns and he said “ we will try our best to make him look peaceful “ Well, they proved me wrong! This time they made dad look like he was asleep and at peace. I felt so relieved and I thanked them for making dad look like my dad.

We're do I begin we cannot thank Chris our funeral director at Graham ward funeral hucknall enough,not only was he professional, caring,he became a great friend to us as a family,and went above and beyond to make everything perfect for my beautiful mum,also it goes without saying a big thank you to mark our minster who represented our mum, wife,nanna and friend as the wonderful person she wasA big thank you to all the staff for all they did for us can't thank them enough
