At one of the most difficult times in our lives, they guided us with kindness, sensitivity, and unwavering support, ensuring every detail was taken care of with dignity and respect. I would just like to thank Michael ,Stewart and all the hard working staff at Greater Manchester Funeral Service . From the moment Dad was placed in their care he was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. All the staff were so welcoming , compassionate and could not do enough to help and guide throughout the whole process . The premises were immaculate ,homing a beautiful and tranquil chapel of rest. The day of the funeral ran seamlessly with everything running as it should . I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Michael Kennedy ( Manchester Funeral Services ) for the exceptional care they provided for my mum’s funeral. From the first conversation to the final moments of the service, they were efficient, helpful, and genuinely empathetic. Every detail was handled with professionalism and respect, and their calm guidance made an incredibly difficult time so much easier for our family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we felt fully supported throughout the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate, respectful, and professional team.
